How does Aniball help me?
Aniball helps us understand how to relax through breathing, making the journey for the baby easier. It allows us to try the right birthing position and familiarizes us with the pressure caused by the baby's head in the birth canal.

And what does this bring us?
When we experience this before childbirth, we won't be intimidated by the pressure. We act intuitively, we know how to breathe, we spontaneously choose the birthing position – and most importantly, we are calm and trust ourselves.
